October 2024 has been a fantastic month for the Montrose County, Colorado real estate market! With a whopping 46% increase in total volume compared to last year, it’s clear that Montrose is booming.

Out of the 75 residential homes that sold and closed this past October, five were priced at a million dollars or more. And looking back at the first ten months of 2023, we're up 5.4% year to date.
